Job Description
Prepare and ensure the accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Oversee the consolidation of financial results for multiple entities, if applicable.
Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other regulatory requirements.
Lead the annual budgeting process, provide ongoing forecasting updates, and analyse variances between actuals and budgeted figures.
Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures, ensuring compliance to safeguard company assets.
Oversee the preparation and filing of all required tax returns, and ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations.
Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and leading initiatives to improve financial processes.
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, providing insights into cost management, revenue enhancement, and financial efficiency.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications Skills:
Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Experience: 5-7 years in accounting, preferably in an IT or fintech company.
Software Skills
India: Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST/TDS Filing Portals
US : Quickbooks, Net Suite (Preferable)
