Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will manage financial planning, budgeting, compliance, reporting, and internal controls while supporting business growth through strong financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management
  • Support strategic decision-making with financial modeling and reports
  • Track the budget on a monthly basis

Accounting & Reporting

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, and general ledger
  • Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Physical verification of the Inventory once a quarter.

Compliance & Statutory Requirements

  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory regulations
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
  • Manage tax filings, returns, and assessments

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund requirements
  • Manage banking relationships, payments, and vendor disbursements
  • Optimize cost control and expense management
  • Assist Costing Engineer in upkeep of project-wise cost reports

Payroll & Employee Benefits

  • Supervise payroll processing and statutory deductions
  • Ensure compliance with employee benefit regulations and policies

Internal Controls & Process Improvement

  • Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls
  • Identify areas for automation and process efficiency
  • Reduce financial risk through strong monitoring systems

Team & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with HR, Operations, and Procurement teams
  • Present financial performance reports to leadership
  • Support management in financial decision-making and cost planning

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
  • CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
  • 610 years of experience in finance and accounts, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or project-based industries
  • Strong knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliance
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books, Tally, or similar) and MS Excel
  • Upto 8LPA compensation.
