As we continue to scale nationwide, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, compliance, and business support for our Vizag division.
Position Overview
The
Finance Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial operations, statutory compliance, banking coordination, credit management, and internal controls for the Vizag unit. This role demands strong analytical skills, operational leadership, and extensive knowledge of taxation and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations & Controls
- Approve Sales Orders in alignment with company policies, credit limits, and risk assessment.
- Manage and monitor customer receivables, ensuring timely collections and escalations.
- Review and approve vendor payments based on due dates, cash flows, and internal guidelines.
- Process and approve credit notes and refund requests upon receiving management approval.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- File GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-8 returns accurately and on time.
- File TDS & TCS returns as per statutory deadlines.
- Respond to queries, notices, and assessments from GST and Income Tax departments.
Banking & Loan Management
- Handle Cash Credit (CC) limits, Term Loans, and other banking facilities.
- Maintain continuous coordination with bankers and channel finance partners for renewals, enhancements, and documentation.
- Prepare and submit stock statements for group companies to banks and channel finance partners.
Reconciliation & Audit Support
- Perform Inter-branch and Inter-company reconciliations.
- Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation and clarifications.
Reporting & MIS- Prepare monthly MIS including:
- Profit & Loss statements
- Cash Flow Statements
- Revenue analysis
- B2B & B2C Sales Reports (customer-wise quantity lifted & Revenue Per Ton)
- Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
Credit & Risk Management
- Assess customer creditworthiness through financial analysis and risk parameters.
- Recommend customer credit limits to the Managing Director for approval.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- CA/CMA/ MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 8-14 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Corporate Finance.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, financial reporting, and banking processes.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in managing credit controls and heavy transaction environments (preferably manufacturing or trading).
