Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance. The role involves managing day-to-day financial operations while providing insights to support business growth and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial operations including accounting, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Monitor cash flow and ensure effective fund management
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxes, and audits
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Manage payroll processing and expense tracking
- Improve financial processes and implement cost-control measures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CPA preferred)
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
- Proficiency in accounting tools and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
