This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Pune. The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, and preparing financial statements. Responsibilities include managing audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic financial insights to drive business growth. The Finance Manager will also collaborate with various teams to optimize financial performance and meet regulatory requirements.

• Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong skills in financial analysis, reporting, and management
• Knowledge of compliance, taxation, and financial regulations
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications like CPA or CFA is preferred)
• Experience in the manufacturing or ethanol/ENA industry is a significant advantage
