About Ripik.AI
Ripik.AI is an Accel-backed Applied AI company building computer vision and process-optimization agents for the world's largest industrial enterprises across steel, cement, aluminum, chemicals, pharma, and power. Our Vision AI platform acts as an automated pair of eyes on the shop floor — monitoring materials, equipment, and processes 24/7 with 95%+ accuracy, eliminating human error, and delivering measurable gains in throughput, yield, energy efficiency, and safety.
We work with marquee customers including Tata Steel, JSW, ArcelorMittal, Vedanta, Godrej & Boyce, Grasim, Holcim, and Jindal Steel, and are scaling globally across India, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. As we move into our next phase of growth, we are building the operating backbone that will take Ripik from a high-velocity scale-up to a category-defining global industrial AI company.
Ripik.AI is one of India's few AI product start-ups to be a partner to GCP, Azure, and AWS, and is the AI partner of choice for CII, ICC, and NASSCOM.
The Role
We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Finance Manager to own the finance engine at Ripik.AI. You will run the full accounting and compliance backbone of a fast-scaling industrial AI company — from month-end close and MIS to statutory compliance and cash flow management.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who has built finance in a 0-to-n startup before and is excited to do it again, alongside a leadership team scaling Ripik into a category-defining global business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting, month-end and year-end close.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate and support statutory, tax, and internal audits — address audit queries and drive timely closures.
- Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, and cost controls.
- Liaise with auditors, bankers, external consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
- 5–6 years of progressive experience in a high-growth startup or fast-scaling organization.
- Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST, Direct Taxation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with leading accounting and ERP platforms such as Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling, reporting, and data analysis.
- Prior experience in a startup, venture-backed, or rapidly growing business environment will be highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
What You Can Expect
- Shape the future of manufacturing by leveraging best-in-class AI and software — and build a rare, in-demand skill set along the way.
- World-class work culture, coaching, and development.
- Mentorship from highly experienced leadership drawn from world-class companies (see the Ripik.AI website for details).
- A front-row seat to how a high-growth industrial AI company is built and scaled globally.
