We are looking for a Finance Manager who will be responsible for managing the financial health of the organization, ensuring compliance, optimizing costs, and supporting business growth through strong financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, billing, collections, and payments
- Manage and maintain accounting records using Zoho Books
- Ensure proper system entries, reconciliations, and reporting through Zoho Books
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Generate and analyze MIS reports from Zoho Books and other systems
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund planning
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance and coordinate with auditors
- Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor cost control and profitability analysis across departments
- Coordinate with banks for loans, limits, and financial documentation
- Implement and improve financial processes and internal controls
- Ensure proper data accuracy and process discipline in Zoho Books usage across teams
Qualifications:- CA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, and compliance
- Hands-on experience in Zoho Books (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting tools
Experience:- 5–10 years of relevant experience in finance & accounts
- Preferably from manufacturing / retail / building materials industry
