We're expanding in India and looking for an exceptional Chartered Accountant to own and shape our entire finance function.

The Opportunity

This is not a typical Finance Manager role.

You will:

Own the complete financial engine of our India operations

Build scalable systems in a high-growth environment

Work directly with leadership in a culture of trust and high standards

Be on a clear path to senior finance leadership

Slide 4 Key Responsibilities

End-to-end accounting, reporting & compliance (GST, TDS, Corporate Tax)

Accurate & timely month-close, reconciliations, financial statements

MIS, variance analysis and strategic insights for leadership

Budgeting, forecasting, cost control and cash-flow mastery

Internal controls, audit coordination and process excellence

Banking, vendor management and working-capital optimisation

Qualified CA with 47 years of post-qualification experience

Deep expertise in Ind-AS, taxation and statutory compliance

Meticulous, calm under pressure and naturally process-driven

Proven ability to advise leadership with clarity and confidence

Slide 6 Compensation & Location

Location: Gurgaon (Haryana) Modern office, collaborative environment

Package: 1522 lakh CTC per annum

(Commensurate with experience and leadership potential)
