About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven finance professional to join our P2P team. As

Manager – Finance , you will own the end-to-end procure-to-pay cycle, ensuring that

vendor payments are processed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with statutory and

internal requirements. You will play a key role in month-end close activities, internal controls,

and book closing

What You'll Do

• Own the complete invoice lifecycle — from receipt and validation through to accounting entries and payment execution
• Ensure all AP accruals and provisions are accurately booked ahead of month-end and year-end close
• Prepare vendor account reconciliations and supporting schedules as part of the monthly close process
• Manage vendor queries, account reconciliations, and dispute resolution; proactively clear advances and debit balances
• Review and approve vendor payments in alignment with agreed payment terms and cash flow plans
• Ensure correct application of TDS, GST, and other applicable statutory deductions on all transactions
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to support statutory, regulatory, and compliance requirements
• Identify and drive opportunities for automation, process standardisation, and control improvements
• Maintain strict adherence to internal financial policies, audit standards, and control frameworks
• Partner with cross-functional teams — including Procurement, Treasury, and Business units — to enable seamless P2P operations

What We're Looking For

• Solid understanding of the Procure-to-Pay cycle and core accounting principles
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian statutory compliance requirements
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
