Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager at Pleasant Days Resort in Chennai. The Finance Manager will oversee the resort's financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and developing strategies to optimize profitability. The role involves conducting financial analysis, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing audits, and supporting senior management with financial insights for decision-making. The Finance Manager will also lead and mentor the accounting staff to ensure efficient execution of financial tasks.

- Proficiency in financial management, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Strong analytical skills for financial analysis and risk assessment
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and compliance standards
- Experience in tax planning, audit processes, and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of financial software and proficiency in tools like MS Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus)
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
