Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Manager to oversee the financial health of Cityplots. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, financial planning, compliance, reporting, and cash flow, and support decision-making that drives sustainable growth in our land and property operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, P&L accounts, and cash flow reports.
• Develop financial strategies to support company growth and profitability.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and financial laws.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Manage financial risks and ensure proper internal controls.
• Support pricing strategies, cost optimization, and ROI calculations for new land projects.
• Forecast long-term financial trends and funding needs.
