Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 1–2 years, healthcare/pharma industry preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 1–2 years of experience, preferably from a healthcare/pharma background, to join our growing Finance team. This role offers hands-on exposure across financial reporting, taxation, accounting, budgeting, MIS, audit, and business finance.

Key Responsibilities

GST & Taxation

• Manage GST reconciliations, return filings, data validation and compliance workings
• Support GST, TDS and other statutory compliance requirements
• Ensure timely and accurate tax-related reporting and documentation

Financial Reporting & MIS

• Prepare and deliver accurate Monthly MIS reports for management
• Track key financial/business metrics and highlight trends and insights
• Support timely financial analysis for decision-making

Finance Dashboard

• Maintain and enhance a dashboard covering Revenue, Collections, AR, AP, Expenses, and Cash & Bank position
• Ensure financial data is accurate, updated and easily accessible

Budgeting & Financial Planning

• Support preparation and tracking of budgets and financial plans
• Monitor actual performance against budgets/forecasts
• Provide insights on business performance

Accounting & Tally

• Manage accounting for sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and accounting controls
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and improve processes

Margin & Variance Analysis

• Analyze business/product margins
• Track month-on-month performance and variances
• Investigate deviations and support corrective actions

Audit & Compliance Support

• Assist in preparing audit schedules, reconciliations and supporting documents
• Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for timely audit completion
• Strengthen financial processes and internal controls.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified CA with 1–2 years of relevant experience, healthcare/pharma industry preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS and statutory compliance
• Hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights
• High attention to detail with strong ownership and accountability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
