Finance Manager

We are in search of a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to spearhead our finance team and oversee day-to-day financial operations. The primary focus of this role is to lead the team in managing account records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with audits, reviews, and taxation requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Leading the team in the preparation of budgets and comprehensive financial reports.
• Taking a lead role in approving purchase transactions.
• Managing and supervising the maintenance of accurate accounting records.
• Overseeing the preparation of payroll documents.
• Providing strategic guidance on fiscal procedures.
• Leading and coordinating activities related to audits, reviews, and tax preparation.
• Identifying and advising on potential investment opportunities.
• Offering strategic financial advice to managers and internal departments.
• Implementing and streamlining procedures to enhance financial and business processes.
• Documenting and communicating financial processes for the team's reference.
• Managing and overseeing tasks related to bank reconciliations, TDS, GST filing, etc.
• Engaging with employees to work out their incentive calculations.

Requirements Details:

• 5-7 years of proven work experience in a finance role, with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Proficiency in integrated financial management software, including but not limited to FreshBooks, NetSuite, Tally, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, fiscal procedures, and relevant tax codes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
