What You'll OwnFinance
- Daily bookkeeping, reconciliation, payouts across Shopify/Amazon/Blinkit/Razorpay
- GST, TDS, payroll, PF/ESI coordination
- Monthly MIS, P&L, budgeting, SKU-level margins, cashflow
- Financial modeling for forecasting & fundraising
- Investor MIS, audits, D2C marketplace reconciliations
Legal
- Reviewing & drafting vendor contracts, NDAs, employment agreements
- Working with lawyers for SSHA/SHA, compliance, trademarks, ROC filings
- Maintain FSSAI, licenses, registrations & legal docs
What We're Looking For- 25 years in Finance/Accounts (startup/D2C/FMCG experience preferred)
- Strong with GST, reconciliation, Excel, P&L, compliance
- Basic understanding of legal contracts
- High ownership, speed & accountability
