Roles & Responsibilities
- Review journal entries, reconcile account balances, and prepare financial reports. Interact with business unit owners and stakeholders to produce timely and accurate monthly Management Information System (MIS).
- Participate in the development and establishment of systems and reporting data. Manage the chart of accounts and ensure accuracy in the general ledger.
- Ensure precise classification and booking of all transactions.
- Actively review and advise on financial and accounting processes.
- Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial resources.
- Assist budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of financials.
- Prepare data required by internal and external stakeholders
Key Skills / Requirements
- CA with at 1-4 years of experience.
- Understanding of industry, financial, and credit principles.
- Strong accounting and analytical skills with an up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards
- Maintain healthy relationships with external and internal stakeholders to achieve team goals
