The Successful Applicant

Key Skills and CompetenciesTechnical & Functional

Deep expertise in financial reporting, MIS, consolidation support, and variance analysis.
Strong understanding of EU statutory reporting, VAT, and regulatory compliance.
Handson experience with ERPdriven reporting and automation (Odoo exposure preferred).
Strong command of Excel, reporting tools, Macros, AI tools and data reconciliation techniques.
Experience with reporting automation and dashboard tools like Tableau, Power BI preferred.

Behavioural & Leadership

Strong ownership and control mindset.
Ability to challenge data, assumptions, and stakeholders constructively.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and escalation skills.
High resilience and ability to manage pressure during peak reporting cycles.

Education and Experience

CA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
8-10 years of experience in Financial reporting, MIS reporting, FP&A or controllership roles with a large organisation and exposure to multiple geographies & currency reporting.
Strong command over IFRS and GAAP, experience with Big 4 preferred.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a team lead or managerial role.
