About Company:

Max Institute of Allied and Paramedical Education (MIAPE) is an academic initiative of Max Healthcare, established with the purpose of developing skilled, compassionate, and work-ready allied healthcare professionals. MIAPE offers diploma and degree programs across a range of allied healthcare disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation, overview & administers multiple financial analysis report with detailed working & justifications which will give better clarity on the actual numbers in comparison with the Budget.
  • Manage & record all accounting transactions, maintain accurate and complete financial records and documentation of all financial transactions.
  • Receive and accurately process vendor invoices. This includes performing a two way or three-way match by comparing the invoice against the purchase order and receiving report to verify the quantities, prices, and terms.
  • Ensure timely bank payments, assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing accruals and reports. The role also supports internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings, handle and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policy and proper authorization.
  • Partners Payment - Schedule and process payments to vendors via various methods, ensuring timely disbursements and avoiding late fees.
  • Ensures timely preparation of Budgets & have active discussion with the teams.
  • Incentive calculation as per the contractual terms as per the timelines, to ensure compliance with the preparation of multiple MIS reports as per the calendar of Head Office.
  • Preparation of Fixed Asset Register and review of Statutory compliances
  • To effectively lead & manage the team & be a good leader & maintain relationship among the individuals with the new responsibility being given.
  • Ad-hoc work/Reports and any additional work as per the requirements of Management.

Qualifications : CA with minimum 03 yrs of relevant experience

Candidate working with Education sector will be preferred.
