Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory financial requirements in Bangalore.
  • Oversee financial reporting, including the preparation of profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the FMCG division.
  • Monitor and manage the organisation's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial processes with organisational goals.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team, ensuring professional development and effective performance.
  • Engage with stakeholders to provide accurate financial updates and reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Qualified CA is a must.
  • 8-12 years of post qualification experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in the FMCG/Manufacturing sector.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong hands-on experience in IndAS reporting.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment
