About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager with around 4 - 5 years of

experience to lead our financial planning, compliance, and reporting functions. The ideal

candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, financial controls, and

strategic planning, and will play a key role in ensuring the financial health and growth of the

organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
  • Develop and implement robust internal financial controls and compliance processes.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Oversee statutory audits, tax planning, GST, TDS, and other compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders such as auditors, consultants, and regulators.
  • Drive automation and improvements in financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Support M&A evaluations, due diligence, and integration activities when required.

Requirements:

  • B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in financial management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance

regulations.

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end finance operations in mid to large-sized

organizations.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
