This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, budget preparation, and the management of financial reporting. Responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, optimizing financial operations, and working closely with stakeholders to provide strategic insights for decision-making. Additionally, the role will involve team collaboration to support company goals and maintaining financial efficiency.

• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, cash flow analysis, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance standards
• Knowledge of financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; a professional certification like CFA, CPA, or CA is a plus
• Experience in the immigration consultancy sector or a similar service-based industry is advantageous
