Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to handle end-to-end finance and accounting operations across multiple group entities including IT, Construction, Investment, Project, and Asset Management businesses. The candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, payroll, compliance, budgeting, MIS, audits, banking coordination, and team management.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in multi-entity accounting, statutory compliance, project finance, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting
- Manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations across multiple entities
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and periodic accounting reviews
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, and vendor payments
- Monitor cash flow and fund management activities
Payroll & Compliance
- Process monthly payroll and employee reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and tax payments
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports
- Generate project-wise profitability and expense analysis reports
- Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and variance analysis reports
- Support management with financial insights and business analysis
Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts
- Conduct variance analysis and cost control measures
- Monitor project-wise budgets and financial performance
Banking & Audit Coordination
- Coordinate with banks for project finance, loans, and banking operations
- Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and compliance requirements
Investment & Asset Management
- Monitor investment-related MIS and Inter-Corporate Deposits (ICDs)
- Track lease revenue, rental escalations, and AMC payments
- Ensure timely indirect tax payments related to asset operations
Team Management
- Lead and mentor finance team members
- Ensure smooth workflow and process improvements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, legal teams, and corporate secretaries
