This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Hyderabad. The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. They will monitor cash flow, prepare financial reports, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the Finance Manager will develop strategies to optimize costs, manage financial risk, and support strategic decision-making alongside senior management. Collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders is integral to this role.

• Financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
• Proficiency in financial planning, reporting, and audit processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience with financial risk management
• Proficiency with financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and Excel
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and industry best practices
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus)
• Experience in the immigration or consultancy industry is an added advantage
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site capacity as part of a collaborative team
