We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital.
- Lead and mentor finance team members.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CA/CMA/CPA) is a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience in financial management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
