About the Role:

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead and manage the financial operations of our organization. Based in Bangalore, this role will be responsible for end-to-end financial management, ensuring strong financial controls, compliance, and strategic financial planning to support the organization's growth and operational needs.

The Finance Manager will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, manage budgets, oversee accounting processes, and ensure statutory compliance. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and operational execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 25 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong experience in end-to-end financial management including financial planning, budgeting and forecasting; accounting, book closure and financial reporting; cash flow management (receivables and payables); and statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, income tax, and audits
• Ability to set up and strengthen financial processes and internal controls for a growing organization
• Experience working with startups, consulting firms, or fast-paced organizations is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the finance function
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel
