Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, and overall financial operations of the organization. Our client is a lead in F&B services. They have a chain of restaurants and cafes

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans

Oversee accounting operations, including AP/AR and general ledger

Ensure timely MIS, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

Manage taxation, statutory compliance, and audits

Monitor cash flow and optimize cost control measures

Provide financial insights to support management decisions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA / MBA preferred)

48 years of relevant experience

Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations

Proficiency in Tally/ERP and advanced MS Excel

Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Experience - Minimum 3 years

Industry - F&B

Immediate joiners preferred
