Job Summary
We are looking for a Finance Manager (CA Inter qualified) with around 3 years of experience to manage financial operations, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho ERP / Zoho Books and strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial planning, and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain and manage financial records using Zoho ERP / Zoho Books.
- Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance as per regulatory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
- Monitor cash flow management and financial controls.
- Support management with financial insights and reporting for decision making.
Required Skills
- CA Inter qualification (mandatory)
- 3+ years of experience in finance and accounting
- Hands-on experience with Zoho ERP / Zoho Books
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, financial reporting, and compliance
- Good understanding of accounting standards and financial controls
- Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
