Job Description

We're looking for a sharp and proactive Finance Manager to own our financial operations from payment tracking and compliance to ensuring smooth cross-team coordination. If you're someone who loves solving problems, spotting gaps, and making finance processes more efficient, this role is for you!

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: On-site (6-days, work from office role)

What You'll Do:

Review & approve payment trackers, resolve issues with credit notes/duplicate invoices

Track aging reports and ensure SOPs are followed

Spot and fix data gaps, coordinate with IT/data teams, and maintain clean records

Ensure timely invoice submissions, set clear deadlines, and follow up with teams

Track remittances, maintain ledgers, and ensure timely credits

GSTR filings, build compliance dashboards, and work with the compliance team on gaps

What We're Looking For

MBA in Finance with 36 years of experience (preferred)

Prior experience working with GST (Compliances, Reforms, Rebates, etc.)

Prior experience working with US and Indian taxation

Prior experience working in a D2C company (preferred)

Strong background in finance operations/accounting

Excellent eye for detail and problem-solving

Comfortable with financial tools; data analysis is a plus

Strong communicator, proactive, and a self-starter What You'll Get
