Role: Finance Service Manager German Language & Telecom Domain
Location: Bengaluru, Gurgaon
Experience: 5-12 Years
Language Requirement: Proficiency in German (Read, Write, Speak)
Key Responsibilities:
Telecom Domain Expertise:
- Understand telecom processes and workflows, including billing and invoicing cycles.
- Manage and validate purchase orders and related documentation.
Financial Operations & Governance:
- Handle Statements of Account, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial governance policies.
- Support P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and Credit Governance processes.
- Drive and track Accounts Receivable (AR) activities to ensure timely collections and reporting.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Maintain and update trackers for AR and other financial metrics.
Tools & Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint for business presentations.
- Ability to work with ERP systems and financial tools (SAP knowledge is a plus).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in German Read, Write, Speak (mandatory).
- Knowledge of telecom industry processes.
- Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and financial governance.
- Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

- Any bachelor's degree & Any PG
- Good in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
