Job Title: Finance Manager(General Ledger)

CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA (depending on experience)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Finance to oversee fixed assets accounting, financial reporting, and audit coordination. The role requires strong expertise in financial controls, reporting, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Fixed Assets Accounting including capitalization, retirement, movement, and AUC

• Support monthly balance sheet review with CFO / Dy. CFO

• Handle monthly closing and group reporting (HFM)

• Prepare and manage group insurance-related templates

• Assist in statutory audits to ensure timely and smooth closure

• Coordinate annual physical verification of fixed assets with external vendors

• Oversee quarterly inventory verification processes

• Handle prepaid accounting with accuracy and compliance (SAP preferred)

Key Requirements:

• 8–9 years of experience in finance and accounting

• Strong expertise in fixed assets accounting and financial reporting

• Experience in monthly closing, audits, and compliance

• Good stakeholder management and coordination skills

• Proficiency in HFM / ERP systems preferred
