• Implement and support SAP Enterprise Portal (SAP EP) solutions
• Manage portal content objects such as iViews, roles, and worksets
• Handle portal administration including content, user, and system administration
• Customize and troubleshoot Universal Worklist (UWL) issues
• Support SAP KM (Knowledge Management) and collaboration portal functionalities
• Work with SAP HCM-related integrations and functionalities
• Interact with clients to gather requirements and provide solutions
• Ensure smooth functioning of SAP EP environment through monitoring and support
