Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Finance Manager with expertise in Sage Accounting. The Finance Manager will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include managing financial accounts, performing financial analyses, monitoring cash flow, and supervising accounting processes. The role also involves implementing and maintaining Sage Accounting systems and ensuring accurate and timely financial data to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sage Accounting software is required.
• Strong knowledge in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Expertise in accounting processes, financial analysis, and managing financial resources.
• Understanding of compliance requirements, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience in a similar role within a corporate or mid-sized business setting is preferred.
