Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the end-to-end finance function
Ensure accurate accounting, reporting, and MIS
Drive statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other filings
Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely closure of audits
Oversee bookkeeping and payroll accounting
Build and maintain a robust internal controls framework
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations
Perform variance analysis and provide insightful financial commentary
Strengthen governance and mitigate operational risks
Requirements:
CA with 3–6 years of relevant experience
Experience with Big 4 / Consulting / Investment Banking is a strong plus
Strong expertise in accounting, compliance, and financial reporting
Hands-on experience with tools like Keka, Tally and Zoho
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
