Finance Manager || FMCG Startup || Chennai || Upto 14 LPA

We are currently looking for a Finance manager role with a FMCG startup, based in Chennai.

About the Role:

The company is looking to hire a Finance Manager who will report directly to the Founder and will manage a team of 3.

This is a critical role responsible for managing the end-to-end finance and accounting function of the organization, along with leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire finance and accounting function of the company

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes

Ensure accurate bookkeeping and maintenance of financial records

Handle statutory compliances and filings (GST, TDS, etc.)

Prepare and present MIS reports, financial statements, and analysis

Monitor cash flow and support financial planning activities

Lead and manage a team of 3 members within finance and accounts

Drive process improvements and ensure strong financial controls
