Rolls & Responsibilities:
- Act as an employee champion through constant pulse, employee connects and other engagement avenues
- Have a flair for HR data analytics and develop action plan in adherence
- As HR Generalist for the function, deliver on the following for all managers & employees as required:
- Talent Acquisition.
- Employee relations.
- Coaching & counseling.
- Performance management and appraisal support, training support, including identification of needs & design/identification of appropriate programs.
- Career counseling/career development.
- Exit Management.
- Statutory compliances.
- Others as defined from time to time.
- Payroll activities including attendance, leave, payroll inputs etc.
- Define & support collection of relevant data for meaningful analysis.
- Manage employee grievances and queries.
- Support communication processes within the region to ensure consistency of culture, values, and experience among employees.
- Supporting the conceptualization, design and implementation of HR strategic initiatives.
Qualifications: Any degree.
Candidate Preferred: From Chennai, Tamil Nadu with fluency in both Tamil & English. Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
