Finance Manager

Qualification: Bachelor/ PG Degree in Commerce, MBA (Finance)/ PGDM

Skills: Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel (Advance)

Job description: Ensure timely, centralized payroll, verify employee data and CTC, calculate salaries, bonuses, deductions and reimbursements.

Apply and remit statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).

Coordinate with HR on attendance, leave, hires, and exits, manage advances, loans and MIS reports.

Calculate CTC components as per Income Tax rules, handle tax computations, Form 16, and TDS returns, liase with auditors.

Prepare acturial base data (IND AS 19), share with stakeholders, and submit payroll and employee cost MIS reports.

Preferred Certifications: Certification in Payroll Management, Income Tax Compliance
