This is a full-time remote role as a Finance Manager. The successful candidate will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing financial reports, monitoring cash flow, regulating expenses, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving continuous financial process improvements.

• Strong analytical, budgeting, and financial planning skills
• Proficiency in financial reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Knowledge of financial compliance, regulations, and risk assessment
• Experience with financial software and advanced knowledge of spreadsheets
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic, remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA is an advantage)
• 3+ years of experience in financial management or a related role
