Finance Manager

About the role

We're looking for a Finance Manager who will lead the financial backbone of our business from accounting and compliance to business finance and process automation. This role is a blend of strategy and operations, ensuring that every commercial decision is grounded in sound financial judgment and contributes to Company's growth story.

Roles and Responsibilities

Driving Online and Offline commercial process and defining SOPs.

Business Partnering with Sales team (E-com, Retail, Website, EBO) Ensuring timely collections, processing of claims and driving commercial hygiene.

Preparing Financial Statement and notes to account in alignment with Statutory auditor

Co-ordinating with Statutory Auditor.

Scrutiny of General Ledger and Sub Ledger

Co-ordinating with the Banks and other financial institutions.

Cash flow forecasting, monitoring and optimum utilization of funds.

Co-ordinating with Insurance companies and broker to ensuring the adequate coverage.

Co-ordinating and providing data for Due Diligence as & when required.

Build and implement financial control frameworks, SOPs, and automation initiatives (SAP, process dashboards, reconciliations).

Obtaining confirmation of balance on a quarterly basis form all vendor and customer, reconciliation if any.

Drive continuous improvement in financial processes to enhance agility and scalability.

Any other activity assigned from time to time.

Qualifications and Prerequisites

First Attempt CA passed out in 2016 to 2018 with 5-8 years of experience in FMCG, D2C, or consumer-driven sectors.

Solid understanding of business finance, accounting standards, and fund management.

Exposure to SAP/finance automation systems is preferred.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

High integrity, ownership mindset, and collaborative working style.
