Job Description

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting mechanisms for all projects
Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with GAAP or relevant accounting standards
Collaborate with program managers and department heads to develop and monitor annual budgets
Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and organizational decision-making
Manage grant accounting and ensure compliance with donor requirements
Prepare utilisation reports for individual projects
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and the board
Assist in preparation of audited financial statements and coordinate external audits
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and systems
