Job Title: Finance Manager – India
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Finance Manager to support our Business finance operations at Dnata India. This role will drive financial planning, performance management, and governance while partnering closely with business leaders to deliver impactful insights and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering & Insights
- Collaborate with business leaders to translate strategy into financial targets and actionable insights.
Financial Performance & Reporting
- Deliver monthly reports, track KPIs, and support business reviews with data-driven recommendations.
Controls, Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and global finance policies.
Finance Operations Oversight
- Manage core finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R), drive efficiencies, and support automation initiatives.
Global Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Group Finance (Dubai) and cross-functional teams to support strategic objectives.
Team Development
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and financial excellence.
Critical Competencies
- Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Key Qualifications
- Certified Chartered Accountant / CA
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in finance, preferably in offshore/GCC environments
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and compliance
- Knowledge of Indian statutory requirements and IFRS
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Expertise in financial modelling, variance analysis, forecasting, and delivering actionable business insights.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders, influencing decisions through financial insights and strategic guidance.

- Sound knowledge of excel and access.
- Should be willing to travel

Preferred Experience
- Experience in large corporates, multinational organizations, or leading finance advisory firms (e.g., Big 4).
- Exposure to cross-border financial operations, including taxation and transfer pricing frameworks.
