Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Management:
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Develop financial strategies to optimize cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning.
  • Taxation & Compliance:
  • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory obligations.
  • Handle tax assessments, audits, and liaise with tax authorities.
  • Keep track of amendments in tax laws & financial regulations.
  • Auditing & Internal Controls:
  • Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure financial transparency.
  • Implement strong internal control measures to prevent financial risks.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for statutory and compliance audits.
  • Cost & Expense Management:
  • Analyze cost structures and suggest cost-cutting strategies.
  • Implement cost allocation & expense tracking across departments.
  • Monitor procurement expenses and ensure budget adherence.
  • Banking & Fund Management:
  • Manage banking relationships, loans, and funding requirements.
  • Handle LC (Letter of Credit), bank guarantees, and project financing.
  • Ensure timely payments and fund transfers.
  • ERP & Financial Reporting:
  • Maintain financial records in ERP software.
  • Prepare MIS reports, balance sheets, and profitability analysis.
  • Present financial insights to management for decision-making.
