We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. This role is critical in ensuring robust financial health, compliance, and strategic financial planning for the organization, including support for our client services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, taxation, banking, and commercial functions, with a proven ability to manage complex financial processes and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounts, Finance, Banking, Commercial, and/or EXIM departments.

Education: Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com) or Master of Commerce (M.Com) is preferred. CA (Chartered Accountant) or CA Intermediate qualification is highly desirable. Additional certifications in accounting or finance are a plus.

Technical Proficiency:

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
• Strong knowledge of accounting applications.
• Proven understanding of bookkeeping, accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations (GAAP).

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to diverse stakeholders, including clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with banks, vendors, and internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability in data analysis and financial reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• High level of honesty, integrity, and ethical conduct in all financial dealings.
