Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Indore

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional with strong expertise in Zoho finance applications and Indian statutory compliances. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring compliance, driving process automation, and supporting business decision-making through accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations using Zoho Books, including GST, TDS, reconciliations, and statutory filings
  • Handle month-end and year-end closing, balance sheet finalization, and preparation of MIS reports
  • Oversee payroll processing using Zoho Payroll and expense management via Zoho Expense
  • Ensure compliance with Indian taxation laws including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax
  • Coordinate and liaise with Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, auditors, and regulatory authorities
  • Manage banking operations, fund flow, loan servicing, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow statements to support business planning
  • Drive finance process automation and workflow optimization using Zoho tools and analytics
  • Utilize Zoho Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets for financial analysis and reporting
  • Manage vendor payments, client billing, and internal stakeholder coordination
  • Lead, guide, and mentor junior finance team members
  • Ensure high standards of accuracy, documentation, and internal controls

Key Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Expense, and Zoho Analytics
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards and statutory compliances
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, and cash-flow management
  • Strong expertise in banking operations, reconciliations, and fund management
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and data analysis
  • Experience in finance process improvement and automation
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including vendors, clients, and internal teams
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills
  • High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
