Finance Manager- Controllership

Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager/Deputy Controllership to join our team in Bengaluru. This role involves overseeing financial reporting and analysis, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and managing financial statements, cash flow, and month-end closure activities. You will also lead process reviews, drive improvements across the controllership function, and manage payroll-related oversight to ensure accuracy and timely execution.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain transparency and strengthen financial processes, while supporting strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage teams
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience collaborating across departments, including operations and compliance
• Professional accounting qualification (such as CA, CMA, or CPA) preferred
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in reporting and controllership
