Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to manage cash flow, working capital, risk control, and founder-level reporting. This role goes beyond accounting and requires business ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Cash Flow & Working Capital
- Daily and weekly cash-flow planning
- Control receivables, payables, advances, and credit exposure
- Ensure liquidity for production and operations
Financial Control & Risk
- Enforce payment terms, credit limits, and approval matrices
- Evaluate high-risk or low-margin orders with Sales
- Prevent cash leakage and unplanned exposure
Reporting & MIS
- Weekly and monthly MIS for founder
- Dashboards covering cash position, receivables ageing, profitability, and cost vs margin
Accounting & Compliance
- Oversee accounting, GST, TDS, audits, and statutory compliance
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Production, Accounts, and Operations
- Support decisions with clear financial logic
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 3+ years experience in Finance & Accounts
- Strong understanding of cash flow, working capital, and risk control
- Experience with MIS and management reporting
- Hands-on, execution-focused mindset
