Looking for : Finance Controller - CA , Candidates with Factory Accounting Exposure will be preferred.
Industry : Engineering, Steel Structures. Around 5 Decades of experience.
Education : B.Com, CA Completed.
Location : Mylapore, Chennai
Experience : 5 to 10 yrs (Post CA)
Should be able to understand Plant Accounting and Finance.
Should be able to handle the factory accounts independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Statutory Compliance - Income Tax, TDS and GST ( Deduction, Remittance and Monthly / Quarterly and Annual Return)
- Annual Compliance on Statutory Audit for Income Tax,ROC Compliance and Cost Audit Compliance.
- Compliance on Income Tax and GST related hearing and addressing the issue.
- Arranging New Limits, Additional Limits and Renewal of Existing limits with Banks for Company Operation.
- Responsible for Managing Working Capital Limit under Multiple Banking Arrangement - Stock Statement to Bank - LC and Other Payment on due date.
- Authorizer for making payment in Bank Payment Portal - Supplier and Vendor Payment, Salary, Contractor's, Government dues and other Company related Payment
