Job Description We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the organization's financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, maintain accurate financial reporting, and support strategic decision-making. The role requires a highly experienced finance professional with strong analytical capabilities and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the company's accounting and financial functions.
Drive project-based costing and profitability analysis for IT engagements.
Oversee payroll processing and work closely with HR on compensation planning.
Manage MCA / ROC filings and Companies Act compliance.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.
Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health of the organization.
Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Establish and maintain internal financial controls and policies.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning.
Supervise and guide the accounts and finance team.
Required Experience:
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
Proven experience in financial planning, reporting, and compliance management.
Proficiency in HRIS(Payroll)/ ERP systems/Tally, and advanced MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
A CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is mandatory.
