About Company

The family office, managed by an Ultra High Net Worth (UHNI) veteran investor, oversees $2 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM) and specializes in preparing high-growth portfolio companies for IPOs. It has managed IPOs and fund raising for marquee companies like Patanjali, Idea Vodafone, and Garuda and state government.

In addition to IPOs, the investor actively commits capital to private equity funds, enhancing portfolio diversity and growth potential through strategic private investments. This balanced approach allows the family office to leverage opportunities in both public and private markets.

With a pipeline of over 20 IPOs in the next two years, the family office is well-positioned as a leader in the capital markets. Its expertise spans public listings and private equity, driving sustained value across its portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Taxation & Compliance:

  • Manage direct and indirect taxation including GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings and reconciliations.
  • Handle tax assessments, audits, and liaise with tax consultants and authorities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all statutory regulations.
  • Implement tax planning strategies aligned with business objectives.

Accounting & Financial Reporting:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations.
  • Finalize quarterly and annual accounts in compliance with Ind-AS / IGAAP.
  • Prepare and review MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial projections.
  • Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors during financial and tax audits.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 25 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and core accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or other ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent understanding of financial reporting, cash flow management, and audit processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in real estate, investment firms, private equity, or NBFCs is strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to RERA, project-based accounting, or investment structuring is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of compliance tools and financial dashboards is beneficial.
