We're looking for a detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead the finance function end-to-end. This is a high-ownership role involving close collaboration with leadership and strong exposure to strategic finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage finance operations, systems, and internal controls
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements and MIS reporting
- Handle taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and ROC filings
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Assist leadership with fundraising, investor reporting, and due diligence
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA Final qualified): Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience
- CA Inter: 34 years of relevant finance and accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and internal controls
- Experience working in fast-growing or dynamic organizations
- High ownership mindset with strong leadership and execution capability
