Job Summary
The Finance Manager will oversee
billing and financial operations, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and smooth financial processes. You will maintain client accounts, coordinate with sales and internal teams, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and contribute to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports: revenue forecasts, aging reports, client summaries.
- Budgeting for global organization.
- Validate and track expenses vs budget.
- Validate hiring requirements vs budget and new business.
- Liaise with internal teams to understand and resolve variances vs budget.
- Efficiency savings validation.
- Maintain accurate visibility on Work in Progress (WIP).
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve billing-related matters.
- Contribute to process improvements for efficiency.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field (e.g., B.Com, BBA Finance, B.Sc. Finance).
- Professional certifications or MBA in Finance are desirable for managerial roles.
