Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial activities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization.

Responsibility:

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and present comprehensive monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports using Tally and advanced Excel, providing insightful analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Oversee all accounting reconciliations.
• Lead end-to-end audits by liaising with auditors, CA, and CS to ensure full statutory and tax compliance.
• Efficiently manage accounts payable and receivable functions to optimize working capital and ensure healthy cash flow.
• Contribute to strategic financial planning and decision-making processes to support the company's long-term goals.

Requirements:

• Work experience as an Finance Manager/Senior Accountant
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
• Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
• Team Management
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
